Mediation is a proven successful method in practice for resolving labor disputes. These can be conflicts between colleagues, but also between an employee and an employer.

Current laws and regulations require the employer to make efforts to consult constructively with the employee and try to find a suitable solution together. I can guide that.

Mediation offers an excellent opportunity to discuss the personal aspects and communication problems that often underlie conflicts in and around the workplace (dismissal, reintegration, collaboration, reorganization, employee participation). And I have the legal and financial expertise to guide the process responsibly.

In practice, it appears that the mediation is completed within a few weeks. Usually the employer pays the costs of the mediation. I charge an hourly rate of € 180 excluding VAT.
